Local gym lives up to it's name

After over a year of difficulties including a bankruptcy which forced the permanent closure of their Palmdale facility and limiting operating hours, the pandemic, ever changing mandates and ordinances on federal, state and local levels, it seems 24 Hour Fitness has risen from the ashes and showing there may be light at the end of the pandemic tunnel.

.    According to Julie, who is the gyms sales and service manager, the club reintroduced their 24 Hour hours of operation on March 7, allowing members to visit on a time that fits their schedule, 24 hours day or night with full use of the facilities. 

.    The club offers state of the art exercise machines as well as studio fitness classes such as Zumba, Body pump, Body combat and more with trained, certified instructors and even offers personal coaches/trainers.
