Lancaster man shot to death

Around 4:27pm on Monday, March 21, deputies from the Los Angeles County Sheriff Lancaster Station responded to a gunshot victim call in the 45000 block of 16th Street West in Lancaster where they discovered an adult male black in his early 20's lying in front of a residence with gunshot wounds to the upper torso. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
